Data about my life.

March 2017 QS Log

This month my log has changed a little. I've removed some data visualizations that weren't interesting to me, and I have added some new charts in their place that weren't included last month.

I have also divided the log up into several key sections so that it is more organized and logical. Hope you enjoy.

Most of the comparisons below focus on my mood and wellbeing. I'm trying to create happier days and focus on living better, so I'd like to see if there are any correlations between certain activities and my mood.

Meditation vs. Quality of Day

Meditation vs. Mood

Throughout the day, my phone regularly prompts me to answer a series of questions. I also have a set of questions that I answer each morning when I wake up and before I got to bed at night.

Looking Forward to Today?

The degree to which I was looking forward to the day ahead of me on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the greatest degree of looking forward).

Satisfied with Wake Time?

I try to wake up at 6 a.m.

Satisfied with Bed Time?

I try to go to sleep by 10 p.m.

Did you consciously do something kind for someone today?

Did you journal today?

Did you write today?

Did you work on a personal project today?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

What's hindering quality time?

What's at the top of my mind?

Why am I doing what I'm doing?

Would I rather be doing something else?
